Submarket and Environmental Analysis For a Harbor Redevelopment Project in Southern Los Angeles

Situation: A $300 million harbor development in southern Los Angeles was gridlocked regarding details of the development and waste management plans during construction. 

What We Did: We performed detailed research and analysis of the local housing (especially multifamily), parking capacity, area entertainment/retail and attractions. For a different phase of the same project, we analyzed the types of waste and water management plans that needed to be followed during the construction and operational phases of the project, in order to comply with all national, regional and local (including the LA Port Authority) regulations. The research drew on detailed international and national research for similar, successful projects.

Outcome: The GPS coded research was utilized to firm up the construction plans by the Master Developer.
