Highest & Best Use Analysis West of Orlando, FL

Situation: A Real Estate Developer needed direction on what to build on a 3.7 Acre plot of land in a city located 15 miles west of Orlando, FL

What We Did: We conducted a highest and best use study that used detailed economic, demographic and local competition analysis to choose the top five uses.The uses proposed included multifamily, built-to-rent single family houses, retail, medical complex and entertainment destination. Uses that were analyzed and rejected included gas station, hotel and a self-storage facility

Outcome: The report is being used by the developer to move forward with construction plans on the project.
